Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add water and olive oil while mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) with a baking sheet inside.
- In a blender, pulse tomatoes, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll each into a 12-inch circle on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
